We are looking for a Fit out Site Foreman to join the team!

You will be working on Medical, Retail and Hospitality Fit outs across greater Sydney. 

Expectations of the role; 

• Manage the daily operations on the projects. 
• Coordinates and supervise subcontractors and site personnel.
• Implement and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment. 
• Addresses any project issues promptly and effectively.
• Maintain project records and documentation.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.

Experience and skills; 

• Either a trade background of relevant tertiary education. 
• A minimum of 2 years of prior experience in the hospitality and retail fit-out industry. 
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and plans. 
• Sound understanding of Australian Building Standards.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations with the ability to enforce site safety.
• Full Australian working rights.

Things to note;

• Location: Office is located in Penrith, projects are located throughout greater Sydney. Travel is a requirement of the role. 
• Salary Range: $100k – $130k + super (depending on skills and experience)
