Business Development Manager

Business Development Manager required for a commercial Fit-out / Joinery construction company.

A commercial joinery manufacturing and installation business is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join the team. 

You will be managing B2B sales withing the joinery and construction industry. 

Your main role and responsibilities:

  • Business Development is going to be a fundamental part of this role. 
  • Work with both new and existing clients (some warm leads provided)
  • Work on identifying new opportunities
  • Achieve KPI’s 
  • Manage and maintain the CRM to ensure no opportunities are missed. 
  • Currently have three large manufacturing facilities based in NSW and VIC.  
  • Sydney office location is Blacktown. 

Experience and Qualities required:

  • Experience and a proven track record in sales and business development.
  • Be well-presented and have a proactive and positive nature.
  • Be interested and confident in starting work and developing new and existing client bases.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer first focus
  • You have high-level service standards
  • Be well presented and confident. 
  • Be open and willing to travel throughout NSW, visiting with customers and attending trade shows. 
  • Be incredibly organised and self managed.

NOTE: Salary guide $120k -$130k base + Super + Commission.
