Contract Administrator - Remedial Construction

We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator with experience in remediation, refurbishment and façade construction projects.

This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects across greater Sydney.  including: remediation, facades, heritage restorations, maintenance, cladding etc. 

On offer is a competitive salary of $85,000 to $120,000 + super. (based on experience) plus  long term, stable employment and the opportunity for further training, development and career progression. 

About your day; 

  • Manage contracts, variations, progress claims, and procurement.
  • Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Maintain cost control and compliance across all project stages.
  • Assist in tendering, forecasting, and risk management.
  • Ensure contract documentation is accurate and up to date.

Experience and skills we are looking for; 

  • Relevant qualifications in construction & building. 
  • Prior, proven experience in commercial construction contract administration.
  • Strong understanding of contract law, project cost control, and risk management.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in construction software, specifically Procore and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Australian working rights.
