We are seeking a Contract Administrator with prior experience in commercial construction. This role offers the opportunity to work on a new $12M project located on the beautiful Central Coast.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage contracts, variations, progress claims, and procurement.
- Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Maintain cost control and compliance across all project stages.
- Assist in tendering, forecasting, and risk management.
- Ensure contract documentation is accurate and up to date.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in commercial construction contract administration.
- Strong understanding of contract law, project cost control, and risk management.
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency in construction software, specifically Procore and Microsoft Office Suite.
