Project Manager - Commercial Construction

We are seeking a Project Manager with prior experience in commercial construction. This role offers the opportunity to work on a new $12M project located on the beautiful Central Coast.

Duties and Responsibilities; 

  • Construction programming
  • Client and stake holder liaison
  • Financial reporting and budget control
  • Variations and progress claims
  • Subcontract management and labour resourcing
  • Managing internal and external design teams / consultancies
  • Managing site teams and personnel
  • Ensuring best practice HSEQ

What we are looking for; 

  • At least 2 years’ experience in working on commercial construction projects. 
  • Proven understanding of the Design & Construction process. 
  • A history of delivering commercial construction projects up to $15M
  • Be an effective communicator. 
  • Able to identify and resolve problems in processes in a timely manner.
  • Client focused
  • Computer literate – skills in excel and word are essential
  • Tertiary qualifications highly regarded.
