Office Administrator- Commercial Construction

A commercial fitout and construction company is looking for an experienced Office Administrator for an immediate start.

Projects include Commercial, Hospitality, and Retail construction as well as high end residential projects. 

Duties and About you: 

  • Assist with reception duties e.g. Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails and mail etc. 
  • CRM – uploading jobs, scheduling installers/ measurers, setting up jobs and clients in the CRM.
  • Ordering of stationery and other office supplies
  • Photocopying, faxing, scanning and printer copying as required.
  • Ad hoc duties as required.
  • Prior construction industry experience is essential. 
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM, Outlook etc. 
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • An ability to work to a schedule and complete tasks on time. 
  • Australian working rights.
