A commercial fitout and construction company is looking for an experienced Estimator for an immediate start.

Projects include Commercial, Hospitality, and Retail construction as well as high end residential projects. 

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the project managers in reviewing project scopes and maintaining budget guidelines. 
• Attend project sites and interpret scope of works.
• Build new relationships and utilise your existing relationships with sub contractors & suppliers. 
• Create pricing schedules and BOQ’s.
• Produce & Maintain accurate project records and reports.

Experience and qualifications:

• Relevant qualifications in construction & building. 
• Prior experience as a Estimator in commercial refurb and/or fitouts. 
• Experience in COSTX is essential. 
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work autonomously & as part of a team
• Australian working rights.
