Site Manager – Commercial

Health & aged care, education, hospitality, government, industrial, retail, commercial offices and sporting grounds.

We are looking for a Site Manager looking to work in Regional NSW. 

About the role; 

  • Commercial Construction company located in Central West NSW. 
  • Your general duties will involve;
  • Managing the coordination of sub-contractors, suppliers, and materials being delivered. 
  • Develop and build a strong rapport with site teams.
  • Manage the construction of the projects along with the Project Manager and business director. 
  • Managing WHS compliance on site.
  • Oversee site inductions.

What we are looking for; 

  • Prior experience in Site Management.
  • Commercial, Education or Multi Res experience.
  • Trade qualification in carpentry or equivalent
  • Sound knowledge of the Australian construction market including sub-contractors etc
  • Management skills with the ability to motivate and drive both direct and sub-contract labour
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Australian working rights – no sponsorship is on offer.
