Junior Contract Administrator – Fitout

Commercial & residential Interior Fitout company.

We are looking for a Junior Contract Administrator to join the team of a successful and expanding Interior Fitout business located within Sydney Metro region. 

Projects include New office fitouts, refurbs / relocations, banking customers, retail, department stores, jewellery stores and residential. 

Responsibilities:

  • Actively support the planning, execution, and delivery of  projects.
  • Grown and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. 
  • Monitor project schedules and deliver provide updates. 
  • Prepare and oversee project documentation, contracts, budgets, & schedules.
  • Assist the contract / project management team.
  • Ensure projects adhere to time and budget guidelines. 
  • Manage scope changes, variations, and any defects that arise.

Experience and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, or a related field
  • Prior experience in Junior Contract Administration. 
  • Local knowledge and familiarity with Building Standards.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal. 

Salary Guide: $75K – $95K + Super (based on your expectations and experience)
