We are looking for a Site Manager able to manage a new Education project located near Liverpool.

About the role; 

• This is a New Build, Education project. Three Storey’s and Located near Liverpool.
• Project is expected to take approx. 15 Months to complete and is approx. $5M is build value.
• Project is due to commence within the next 2 – 3 weeks, we are looking for someone keen to start ASAP.
• Your general duties will involve;
• Managing the coordination of sub-contractors, suppliers, and materials being delivered. 
• Develop and build a strong rapport with site teams.
• Manage the construction of the projects along with the Project Manager and business director. 
• Managing WHS compliance on site.
• Oversee site inductions.

What we are looking for; 

• Prior experience in Site Management.
• Commercial, Education or Multi Res experience.
• Trade qualification in carpentry or equivalent
• Sound knowledge of the Australian construction market including sub-contractors etc
• Management skills with the ability to motivate and drive both direct and sub-contract labour
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Australian working rights – no sponsorship is on offer. 

 *Salary Guide: $140k – $180k + super 
   Permanent, full-time position Mon – Fri 7am – 4pm
