We are looking for a Site Manager looking to work in Regional NSW.
About the role;
- Commercial Construction company located in Central West NSW.
- Your general duties will involve;
- Managing the coordination of sub-contractors, suppliers, and materials being delivered.
- Develop and build a strong rapport with site teams.
- Manage the construction of the projects along with the Project Manager and business director.
- Managing WHS compliance on site.
- Oversee site inductions.
What we are looking for;
- Prior experience in Site Management.
- Commercial, Education or Multi Res experience.
- Trade qualification in carpentry or equivalent
- Sound knowledge of the Australian construction market including sub-contractors etc
- Management skills with the ability to motivate and drive both direct and sub-contract labour
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Australian working rights – no sponsorship is on offer.
