Position: Site Engineer / Site Contract Administrator

Responsibilities: As the Site Contract Administrator / Site Engineer you will help oversee a complex apartment refurbishment and extension.
- Report directly to the Senior Project Manager on site.
- Coordinating and scheduling works to be performed by subcontractors and managing deliveries to ensure project timelines are met.
- Reviewing quality inspection plans and ensuring compliance with established standards.
- Preparing detailed reports of work performed on-site, including progress updates and any issues encountered.
Education and Experience:
- Have a construction-related degree.
- Ideally, have a minimum of 2+ years of on-site experience, including the ability to read and interpret plans and prepare scopes of work.
- Understanding of the management of claims and payment schedules in the construction industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
- Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
Salary guide: $90,000 – $135,000 + super
