Role: Joinery Estimator
Location: Liverpool Region
Work with a joinery business specialising in office, commercial , government and healthcare joinery.
Your role will include;
- Estimating costs for commercial fit out and joinery projects.
- Preparation of quotes for submission.
- Work with suppliers for pricing, quotes, availability of materials and ETA’s.
- Work closely with the internal team members to ensure that technical details and requirements are met.
- Establish labour, material, and time requirements.
- Read and review quantity take-offs from complex plans and specs.
- Conduct cost analysis and record and maintain accurate documentation.
About you;
- Estimating experience within the construction industry. (fit out and joinery industry experience would be advantageous)
- Experience in computer and estimating programs. (training can be provided)
- Be able to read and interpret plans and understand programs.
- Able to communicate clearly and work well with others.
Salary guide $70k – $85k + super (based on your expectations, experience and skill level)
