We are seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead a well-established joinery company into its next phase of growth and innovation.

About the Role: As CEO, you will drive strategic direction, oversee operations, and foster business growth while maintaining our commitment to quality craftsmanship. You will lead a dedicated team, strengthen client relationships, and explore new opportunities in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
. Develop and implement business strategies for growth and profitability
. Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow
. Lead, mentor, and inspire the team to achieve excellence
. Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
. Identify and pursue new market opportunities
About You:
. Proven executive leadership experience in the joinery, manufacturing, or construction industry. We are looking for people with General Management, and/ or Operations experience. 
. Strong business acumen with a hands-on approach
. Ability to drive innovation and operational excellence
. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
